Well nice to read this am not sure if there is any 3G or 4G provider in Owerri, because i have heard alot of pple from dat side complaining. But i asure u of one v-sat provider d name is talia network. And i will give u list of few companies using it even in Calabar town where the weather is very bad. Sorry bro, but to be honest with u am very sure of this link. I have a life practical experience even in an environment that is cloude than owerri am talking of Calabar town. They also changed from one provider to dis one am talking about.
But the only better alternative is fibre and is expensive than C-band.
