This is the Procedure for the 2012/2013 Admission. It could be found on the site portals

Registration Procedure

Click on profile registration.
In the form provided, enter your Student Access Code & Matric Number. Fresh students are to supply their PCE (JAMB) Number or Form Registration Number.
Fill the profile form displayed.
You will need a passport photograph which must be in red background and the size most not exceed 25KB.
After submitting the form you will then click "Proceed to print your Registration Form"
Print three (3) copies of the Registration Form.
Take the printed registration forms to the Bursar for endorsement (attach school fees receipt).
