As an IT person, I've worked with Architects in the past so I know what it feels like to use a PC that delivers less than required. For your kind of profession, you need a system that not only comes with a fast processor, a good hard disk size and a large memory space, you also need a system with a good GRAPHICS card. In order not to delve into too much details, I'd recommend at least a Core i3 or i5 system with at least 4GB RAM, 350-500GB HDD and an NVidia graphics card. If you need any help, call me

N.B I don't sell computers o smiley

^^^ on point. Nvidia graphics should do your job coupled with AT LEAST 4GB RAM. I know What Its like for your 3D model to hang. So frustrating. Best recommended is the HP pavilion dv6 (with a dedicated graphics card). Its also cheap.

Bro.....am an architect as well also advanced in 3d production and animations. Depending on the kind of 3d you do and what software you use, the minimum specs could vary. if you use revit or sketchup and do relatively smaller models like residential buildings, a core i3 or amd equivalent with a 4gb ram and a graphics card of 512mb should do but for commercial buildings a minimum specs of core i5 or amd equivalent with a 6gb ram and 1gb dedicated graphics. And for larger and more complex models, u need an i7 or amd eqivalent with 8 gb ram (minimum) and a 2gb dedicated graphics card....and if u are into 3d animation, (3d max, lumion) a 12-16gb ram is required the latest core i7 series and a 4gb dedicated graphics card....I used to use an amd turion x2, 4gb ram, and 512 dedicated graphics system and then I enrolled at a firm for my I.T and was placed on a system with 24gb ram, 6gb dedicated graphics and an intel xeon 3.4ghz 8 processor system. Believe me, the 3d comfort was seamless and unparalleled. The benefits of a high end computer cannot be over emphasised if u are into architectural visualisations. P.s those specifications are for optimum performance and above, specs could be slightly lower depending and performance could still be manageable but those specs are the base standard for their categories and to be on the safe side, its better u get one similar for a great 3d experience.

whenever you've decided just contact 08035509811, 08057850048 and have that laptop brought to you.

Ps: i'll recommend the Hp pavilion DV6-6C01se. This baby will exceed your expectations without draining your pocket.
