I heard from source that Abba Moro will be resigning this week cos he wants to contest for benue state governor. Meaning everything will suspended till farther notice.

I also heard from a reLIEable source that the rapture is so close that there is no need to conduct recruitment at all in federal levels.

The chairman of the presidential committee on NIS recruitment was the former head of the Civil Service Commission but why haven't we heard that after his retirement, the exercise is dumped.
There is the 'office' & there is the 'person' & we must learn to separate the two.If Moro resigns, another person takes his place, simple!Activities won't be paralyzed in the interior minister if the minister resigns.

There is a different between Head of Service and Federal Civil Service Commission(FCSC), Goni Bukar was former Head of Service. The Chairman of the Presidential Committee on NIS is the Chairman of FCSS, Ayo Joan, it was never Bukar...

of one billion dollars for the Presidency to
purchase of arms to fight the Boko Haram
insurgents.
The approval divided the Senate.
