The requirements needed to do your clearance are; 1,o level results(print out and Statement of result)2, birth certificate or baptismal card and testimonials and passports (all the requirements are to be presented both in photocopied and original form).

As You all knw d first batch of Unizik psp has been released and clearance has already started since on Monday 26th November 2012.

All u nid to do is to Go to anybank inside Unizik and pay ur school fees of 44k for single result and 45k for double result then you proceed to Enterprise bank and pay 2500 4 ur Health insurance then you proceed to d Unitility Building 4 ur clearance with d following:

Birth Certificate
Admission Letter

As long as your result is complete, you have 99% probability of been admitted.

No stipulated date on when the sale of form will stop. You are advised to get it before the end of december.

medicine is not listed on the registration portal because unizik is still using the same portal they used last year being that unizik had problem with their medical school last year which warranted them to remove medicine and surgery from their portal.
You are advised to fill any course when doing the online registration because you will be given a course form over there when the programme kicks off to fill the proper course you want.

Good to Know that you'v submitted your credentials. The second list might be coming out before the end of this year or latest January begining. Promise to keep the house informed when it's out.

No deadline but it might likely not exceed this month. As for you been admitted, as long as you have complete credentials you will be admitted.

monday, tuesday and thursday, 4 subjects each for 2 hours 8am to 5pm, 1hr break. Other days 3subjects.

the form is still on sell and you can only get it in school banks. The price is 8k but if you can't come yourself due to distance issue then you pay extra 2k for us to register it for her. All you need to do is to scan your credentials to my email address.

I think they fixed that deadline because of students reluctancy to come and do there clearance. There is every probability that they might extend it for those that couldn't meet up. But if you have the means just try to pay your school fees and do your clearance before then to avoid any wahala.

LATEST UPDATE.
This is to notify nairalanders and the general public that the school has extended it's pre science clearance deadline for the first and second list batch students to 24th January. In a chat with the pre science deputy director, he said the extension was to allow those who were unable to do there clearance before the initial date finish it. Although the form is still on sale for those that want to apply.
