hello guyz.... i stumble across this forum, while making some research... and i want to say something about the ofid schorlarship that you guys applied for. my name is Adefemi Julius a past winner of the Scholarship program. you people have to be very patient about this schorlaship, its not a Nigerian based schorlaship, am really suprised when you people are talking about exam centre and exam date, during my own time which was two years ago, its was like 4months after i registered that they send text to me to congratulate that that my CGPA has been confirmed from my School and am a beneficiary to the fixed reward which was 25,000 then. i paid 2000 for the exam charges and we were given lunch and some materials like mp3 player at the examination. i did my own exam at ICT centre in porthacourt which is for the southern zone cos then i was schooling in UNIPORT. moreover the examination is one country after the other or continental. what i mean by that is that developing conuntires in africa will write their own exam at the same time and the ones in asia at a different time and date because of the time zone difference. i dont think its realistic for you people to write exam this year at all, why? becos they are going to confirm all your CGPA frm your schools and it will be one after the other, and those that registered with JAMB scores they will confirm that frm them too. with all those schools in Nigeria you guyz should knw that everything is one step after the other. i think the best way they will communicate with you people is through text message so just keep your finger crossed in as much that you have your pin with you and your reward I.D. i think they just concluded the scholarship for masters program you can check online through google to verify and to clear your doubts.... if you have any question i think i can help out just mail me at julius_adefemi@yahoo.com

May i acknowledge the commendable effort of Mr Julius for shedding more light on the issue on ground. However, i also employed confirmatory measures to the effect that the site is on now and it turned out positive. Therefore a brief insight of what to expect and also scholarly advice would not be too much of a request to seek from our Nigerian winner Mr Julius, pls.

What did u find out 4rm the site?

There's no cause for alarm guys...the site says that they had some virus issues by a file uploaded by an applicant or administrator. They r updating d site now and they said the exam has been shifted 2 a date dat wud be announced later...wud definitely keep u posted

beeman... you will have to be patient.... and for all those who applied i would advice you to go through your registration again when their server comes back online and make sure you are with the cell number you registered with because your CGPA would be confirmed one by one and as you know this is a new session with a new CGPA.. so dont lie oooooooooooooo...........
