impetus: From experience, school benefits more when students vandalizes school properties because the school would calculate all that was destroyed, add their own money on it and impose the levy on the students. So in these case, who is the loser? Back in school then, after rioting, the school would impose high levy on us of which every student must pay. I just wish the students wouldn't destroy much.
