It is a few hours to independence and i know some idi.ots somewhere +politicians inclusive+ are composing Happy independence BCs, text msgs etc but before you post them consider the following.
1- at 52, we have numerous death traps we call roads.
2- at 52, there are no good hospitals, politicians have to be flown abroad for any minor ailment.
3- at 52, we cannot get electricity for 24 hours straight.
4- at 52, corruption is second nature to us. Politicians loot our treasury and go scot free.
5- at 52, we have numerous graduates who are unemployed.
6- at 52, there are Nigerians still living on less than a dollar a day with Government doing nothing to help alleviate their suffering.
So before u send these independence wishes ask yourself "am i this blind and foolish"?. If the answer is yes then go ahead and send it.
Take it or leave it, Nigeria is as stagnant as Wale's dreadlocks, NEVER GROWS.
