There is an impression I want to correct. The saying that "don't judge a book by its cover". Is totally wrong. From recent survey we have come to believe that the back cover of a book is just what create 25 percent of the book sales and one of the reasons is the title.
Title is so extraordinary that it summarize your information in a single sentence. Readers buy title and the more impressive and creative it is the more captivating it goes. Many writers take for granted the weight a title has whether on an article, book, or a blog. Most writers, knowing the importance lacks the necessary skills to create an eye opening, mind blowing title.
Below are 3 of the most creative titles that sell.
1. Number Title. "7 ways to make money online" "the 3 best singers of all time" etc. Numbers has a sticking attitude, especially numbers like 3, 7, 12, 15, 101, 1001. Whenever you want to create a title, try and insert a number.
2. How-To-Do. This type of title is mostly used for articles, manuals, e-books and blogs. Check this out; "How to cook", "How to write a book in 30 days" "how to create a salable Book title". This type of title teaches the reader on a particular topic.
3. Revealed Title. This type of title tells your problem and show you how to solve it. E.g. "Why he is stubborn and how to get him" "money making secrets-Revealed" etc.
What do you think. Post a comment.
