Just read that the Lagos State Local Government Election Petitions Tribunal, sitting in Ikeja has declared Mr. Ibrahim Babajide Obanikoro of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) winner of the election to the office of chairman of the Ikoyi/Obalende Local Council Development Area held on Saturday, October 22, 2011.
