Film adaptation is subtly finding its way into the movie terrain in Nigeria. Prior to this time, only a handful of filmmakers practiced the concept, which ironically sells like hot cake in Hollywood. OC Ukeje, Malachi Kirby, have been slated to star in the film adaptation of Bola Agbaje’s play “Gone Too far”. The British/Nigerian’s award winning play (comedy),clinched the Laurence Olivier Award for Outstanding Achievement in an Affiliated Theatre in 2008.

The play is set in Peckham, and gives an insight into the activities of a group of kids over the course of a day, as they battle to realize their dreams.
