In line with global standard practice, Stallion Motors Nigeria, multiple automobile franchisees has inaugurated another ultramodern 3S facility (Sales, Service and Spare Parts) in Owerri, Imo State, South East Nigeria.

Akin to some of Stallion’s facilities in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Calabar, Enugu and Kano, the Owerri centre seeks to raise the profile of vehicles marketed by the company, while guaranteeing the dealership’s commitment to prompt supply of relevant parts and provision of efficient technical support.

The new facility according to the company is crucial to the growing reputation of the products in Nigerian which has exclusive franchise for Porsche, Audi, Volkswagen, Skoda, Honda, Hyundai, Ashok Leyland, Mahindra, Foton and SsangYong.

A robust merchandising conglomerate, Stallion Motors recently repositioned Hyundai as Nigeria’s fastest selling passenger car and No. 2 most admired brand on the local automobile sales chart.

Also adding that the new 3s facility would enhance customer-dealership relations and raise the profile of its services to globally acceptable standard, Mr. Parvir Singh, Managing Director, Stallion Motors said “we won’t stop at making automobile ownership a seamless experience in Nigeria.”

According to him “as representatives of global brands with reputation for excellence, we will continue to invest heavily in after sales to meet our principals’ corporate identity for quality service and customer satisfaction – one of the reasons we are keen on expanding our network to cater for all customers irrespective of their locations.”

Stallion’s 3s phenomenon gives existing and future customers convenience of complete one-stop facility, covering all aspects of vehicle ownership, and ensuring seamless access to global standard practice.

Also in his remarks, Mr. Sachin Gupte, Branch Manager, Stallion Motors, Owerri, likened the Owerri 3s centre to similar facilities worldwide with powerful diagnostic tool and several modern features such as the Information Terminal that allows diagnosis 24/7 via wireless communication.

Stallion Motors’ 3s facility in Owerri is equipped with hi-tech facilities that allow quick service for habitual customers that want to have their vehicles serviced in just 45 minutes.

Customers can also have seamless experience in the cool and comfortable lounge, browsing through complete model range of assorted brands of vehicles marketed by the company.

Mr. Gupte said Stallion service technicians are trained in multiple auto repair disciplines and are extensively knowledgeable in the respective automakers’ always-changing technology.

Adding that the centre has some of the best technicians, the branch manager said “Our client testimonials are a proof of our good work and reliability. This is in addition to our honesty, dedication, friendly behavior and quality of service that has kept our clients, both old and new returning to us time and again.”
