I have debated several Ghanaians and other Africans over the question. In my opinion, jollof rice originated from Nigeria, and that's it. |

Jollof rice originated in Gambia by the Wolof people. Over the years, the name has been corrupted from Wolof to Jollof. 2 Likes |
