Creatine isn't for arm-chair bound sedentary people. If you're going to use creatine you need to do the work ie Pump Iron.

Its not a supplement you use just anyhow. It can also do harm to your kidneys if used incorrectly.

i hv been takin it 4 abt 2 weeks now and am already seeing d effects.......ma chest is already out and ma arms r broader.......i usually take it 30 mins before i go 2 d gym each day!
