yes
Well, it's a tight race. Both sides are trying really hard to win Ohio. Biden is also in Ohio for his last minute campaign.

Times have changed. I see Obama taking Ohio and i pray he takes Florida too.

With Florida most especially, he has a clear cut chance of winning.

Obama needs to win one of Virginia, Ohio or Florida. He is already winning in Wisconsin, PA and CO so he doesn't need Ohio and Florida although it wouldn't hurt. If he wins Florida, he has won. Obama has CA - 55, NY - 29, PA - 20, IL - 20 all locked up.

Only rural voters vote for Romney - and that includes the rural Texans and Georgians. Clinging to their guns and religion!

topazjosh: US. Election BREAKING NEWS: President Obama is leading massively in
lagos, ondo, kano and Taraba. We are yet to get reports from osun and imo,Obama leads in Ekiti Results coming in from Ekiti State, South-West Nigeria show that US President, Barrack Obama is in comfortable lead. Obama is leading in all d 16 LGs in the State with very wide margin. Kudos must be given to the State Governor, Kayode Fayemi's whose rigorous campaign for Obama (his childhood friend) culd not be matched by Mitt Romney. While INEC is yet to announce d official results from Ekiti, Fayemi is said to
have started celebrating d electoral success of his friend, Obama in Ekiti, saying; "With the massive votes that I av delivered in Ekiti, US under Obama will now devote more attention to Ekiti State, with more developmental projects to be funded by d US govt." Lol
report from your area too NL.

Wow! Who says there is no rigging in the U.S. The machine manufacturer is a stain on US 'democracy'. I foresee a massive lawsuit if Obama loses the state.

Fellow N'landers in the US, please do NOT post a pic of your ballot online (Facebook, Twitter or instagram etc) because such ballots will be VOIDED. Thanks.

In my office today in Ibadan, you can clearly sense the tension of the US election. It is as if the Romney-Obama race is for Aso Rock, not for White House. They are even praying for their candidate--Obama. They didn't show so much concern during the Jonathan-Buhari "election". What is the world becoming?

DEMOCRACY 101 FOR IDIOTS:
THE UNITED STATES COULD LEARN FROM NIGERIA HERE!
■ The Nigeria’s electoral process may be labeled names, but at least their election takes place in the weekends to allow a massive participation. But, The United States hold their most crucial elections on busy Tuesdays when most citizens work from 8am to 6pm. Meanwhile most polls close 7pm, and a so called early voting method is suppressed with retributive distractions and discouraging litigations. Is voter-suppression democratic? Is this not the same country that flaunts itself the godfather of DEMOCRACY?

Re: Barack Obama Vs Mitt Romney : Election Night Thread by preselect(m): 9:25pm On Nov 06, 2012
my people, when next americans come to tell us about our famous PDP (S)elections we should just tell them to go fu-k themselves. there is wayocracy in america

1. in pennsylvania, a voting machine automatically changes an obama vote to a romney vote
2. in Ohio, fliers are telling many black and lato\ino neighbourhoods that the election for their center has been postponed to tomorow
3. in florida, voters were turned away at weekend by election officials. the voters went wild and were ready to scatter everywhere when the officials changed their minds and started the elections
4. in ohio, where democrats have many voters, the election officials and materials suddenly have problems and looooooooong lines appear where voters may have to wait for up to 4-10hrs to vote.
wayo-wayo full every swing state where the state govt is in republican hands.
note that in the US the states organise the elections.

dem-all-crazy

I don't like either. I like Jill Stein but too bad she won't win. Just two imperialists. Africans need to be aware that both of these men will bring hell to Africa.

Most people aren't talking about Lagos and Abuja. This thread never jam. Wait until polls start closing and winners are announced, most especially if aforementioned polling issues start affecting Obama's chances. You go know say khaki no be leather.
