This nation will never move ahead until this present crops of politicians are ousted out of power and fresh young graduates put into the system...and must be a first class material to rule

Why is the black man so NOTORIOUS for expending his TIME and ENERGY on the wrong things? When will the black man get his priorities right? So because some persons 'occupied' the last time there was fuel price hike, we must 'occupy' again if fuel price is increased again? Because Adams Oshiomole earned prominence by fighting fuel price hike, so the current labour leaders must also fight fuel price hike any time? Ironically, the same Adams Oshiomole has since changed position and now supports fuel subsidy removal. What does that tell us about the mentality of average Nigerian? For me, it tells me that the average Nigerian does not look at issues dispassionately. So much sentiments, and so much selfishness comes to play on every national discourse.

We've been fighting subsidy removal since the time of OBJ, when the protest and strike was led by Oshiomole. But how has all the 'fights' and 'occupy' of the past helped us? Has it led to building of refineries or has it led to improvement in the standard of living of the citizens? For me, none of these has happened. Only a FOOL will keep doing the same thing over and over again and expect a different result. What happens to changing a strategy that has not worked? What happened to COMMON SENSE?

did you say thr is no common sense in citizens protesting against a rude policy? So is thr common sense in the poor paying for the blind looting of the economy - oil sector? Is thr common sense in d abracadabra that charaterize the fraud in subsidy payment? And talking of waste of time and energy - who wasted time and energy if not a crippled who put up a charade as a probe. Is it not a waste of time and energy that Farouk and Odetola are freemen? Is it not a waste of time and energy - money that a member of a committee was appointed to wrk in a corporation he is to probe? Waste of time and energy is a feature of our leaders not d citizenry
