You might wanna contact these shops and high brow Restaurants on the island,

SPAR/PARK AND SHOP (v,i or lekki)
LAGOON RESTAURANT (ozumba mbadiwe)
OCEAN VIEW
Eko Hotel
Shoprite

i cook with mush rooms a lot , but they aren't always available at these stores maybe because they import them.
Market your supplies to them and make sure you give them a competitive price they cant refuse(these Pakistanis ,indians ,lebanese have gotten street smart here ) , i would suggest you find out the price for the ones in their store and then
do the maths/costing with regards to yours.

There are some vegetable stands on the street in Victoria Island where Mega Plaza is. Try to sell to them as lots of foreigners buy there. Also develop decent packaging and I am sure all the supermarkets on the island will buy from you.

I would also like to buy some, so let us know where on the Island we can reach you. Do you just farm 1 crop or you have others? Perhaps you can have a weekly stand with ur vehicle that goes near particular offices and sells to them. I know Shell at Marina has a Friday grocery market in front of their office so staff can pop out and buy fruit and vegetables. If you identify 4 or Five large offices like that, you can plan to bring your stuff and sell off once a week. But note that freshness and presentation are very key.

Only through training. However the mushroom being sold are grown and the species grown are known to be consumable
