Start a pepper soup delivery service. Drop leaflets/menus in offices, offer free sampling etc to start with. Vary the menu - Fish, goat, assorted, chicken etc. But JUST peppersoup (plus drinks of course). Get some appropriate packaging going. Give it some good branding, get a flashy uniform, hire guys with bike to deliver etc. Have a dedicated line or two to take orders. If you do it well, you'll be very very busy and make a lot of money. Oh, and you must be punctual. When you tell your clients the food will arrive within an hour, MAKE SURE IT DOES. Also ensure the quality of the food is high and consistently so. You want repeat business.
