Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Aloma Mukhtar, on Wednesday agreed to swear-in Justice Ifeoma Jombo-Ofo, as a justice of the Court of Appeal, after the National Judicial Council unanimously endorsed her swearing-in. The CJN has been under intense pressure to swear in the female judge after dropping her at the last minute during the swearing-in of new justices of the Court of Appeal on November 5, 2012.
