THERE APPEARS TO BE A CORRELATION BETWEEN DEPRIVATIONS,OPPRESSIONS,VICTIMIZATION,INSECURITY AND NEEDS ON ONE HAND AND CORRUPT ACQUISITION BY THOSE WHO HOLD PUBLIC TRUST ON THE OTHER HAND,PARTICULARLY,WHERE THE CHAINS OF CHECKS AND BALANCES ARE WEAK............. |

corruption is primarily a fuction of greed. there are many poeple who had the good things of life, yet are corrupt, ie, they never suffer deprivation, or want, and there are a lot of them in our society. so I partly agree with you and partly disagree |
