Made this stir fry and noodles for the kids for lunch/dinner (e be like dinner e don dark at 4) and kuku decided that's me and ogas dinner too.

I started with the stew yesterday,the goat meat and cow foot stew is now done

The roast beef has marinated overnight
Going in the oven when it gets to 375 now 270

Time for the vegetable soup


Nkwobi meat
Beaf cooked with stock fish
Spinach
Ukazi ( still inside naija bag)

Two things guests who have been to my house request when they come are my vegetable soup and my roast beef.

The secret to the vegetable soup is the ukazi

I cook spinach but I add a handful of blended ukazi in it and it brings out the flavor very nicely( sadly my blender just broke with the moi moi)
