If u're discouraged, don't discourage others. There is no harm in trying. I have a couple of guys who knew no one, now they are there.

My neighbour works there and his dad does not know anybody..in fact his dad did not go to school..he only told me it will take over a year for them to finish recruiting..and he encouraged me to apply even though I have not finished nysc..life is not all about knowing people, sometimes merit works

It's a good initiative but I wonder why Masters is needed for a graduate Trainee job. Everyone should be given the opportunity to write the tests whether 2.1 or 2.2. I thought NNPC was a government parastal; why the age limit?
Anyway I"ll still recommend entrpreneurial training for undergradutes and graduates.

Is dis an entirely new application process? Different from d one dat ended in october? Someone shld pls give a credible answer.

My brother you may be wrong there.i have been working with nnpc now for some years.i never knew anybody before and after the test.in fact when i saw the letter of employment,taught it was fake since i never imagine it was possible.so also was the over 200 employed.so my brother do your own part by applying and leave the rest to god.

I am a graduate of a technology feild, I applied, wrote exam, passed & attended interviews uptill d 3rd interview (Partner) at KPMG with success; this was a graduate trainee job. After all these, they said I did nt have an accountng bakground.''w@''

Pls house, can anybody help? I find it difficult in creating an account, it says error in processing ur application. Is there anyone out there who just did his or her own? Need ur advise. Thanks!!!

you can easily convert to word by just copying the jpeg file, open Ms Word then paste it there. then u rename & save the file. but make sure its not more than 100kb.

Yes I also wasn't notified after I finished my application. So wat do we do

I'd like us to get some facts straight. In such government sponsored recruitments there are 2 lists viz: a merit list, and a connection list. My classmate applied for the 2010 recruitment. He was interviewed in Abuja in 2010 (an ND holder, mind you). He knew no one but damn, he was recruited last month by NNPC! There's no harm in trying. Those who are optimistic might just end up successful. If you don't apply, do you expect the appointment letter to fall to you from heaven?
