Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Intendy: 10:35pm On Jan 19, 2017 |
OBAGADAFFI: It's just an opportunity for the majority shareholder of UAC to buy more at a cheap price since they bought @ a high price before. But investors can still wait. |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by davide470(m): 11:07pm On Jan 19, 2017 |
OBAGADAFFI:Two (2) things are involved: 1. The MM might move up the price above the Rights offer price very soon or before the closure of the offering. 2. UPDC might just start a rally after the closure based on it's seemingly lliquid nature and therefore easily "manipulated". Also considering most of it's shareholders bought at c.10NGN and need to average down cheaply. With Stanbic being the Lead broker, they might have underwritten about 50% or above of the offering and would therefore do "their magic" on the stock. It's a Green Light from my end, but DD always! 1 Like 1 Share |
