myjoy84...from all that you've being posting lately, what do we exactly do these days? I remember when we were shouting "BUY! BUY!!" here. Some people bought and got their fingers burnt... now you have joined peterichy. What kind of people are on this earth? don't you know that words are powerful. Stop talking as if you know tomorrow for sure. If we all sell off now, that we should invest...as you and peterichy are saying. When do we buy to benefit from the companies' dividends?

WISE MEN TALK LESS AND DO MORE
Make your point once and mind your business... no one invests with your money nor peterichy fund...that you two should repetitively keep warning

Sir, don't focus on the messenger and miss the message. Anyway, your opinion is well noted. Don't worry sir, the dividends you're expecting from all these companies are coming in millions fold grin

Where are the MMM members, one month gone with no good news.
When I was busy telling them to run away from 419ners MMM they refused, now it has crashed. Is it good to tell them sorry or to give them 1 million unit share of Dunlop or Skye bank.
No matter what NSE is the best.

The Committee’s Decisions

The Committee, in consideration of the headwinds in the domestic economy and the uncertainties in the global environment, decided by a unanimous vote to retain the MPR at 14.0 per cent alongside all other policy parameters. In summary, the MPC decided to:

(i) Retain the MPR at 14 per cent;

(ii) Retain the CRR at 22.5 per cent;

(iii) Retain the Liquidity Ratio at 30.00 per cent; and

(iv) Retain the Asymmetric corridor at +200 and -500 basis points around the MPR

U' re right. Greed is the reason why we are where we are, despite the potentials we had. Till today the greed continues. No change anywhere.

Zenith Bank Board Meets January 24 in Lagos
Posted by Modupe Gbadeyanka

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Zenith Bank Plc has been scheduled to hold on Tuesday, January 24, 2017.

The programme is slated to take place in Lagos by 9am, a statement issued by Zenith Bank last Friday revealed.

According to the statement, the board is meeting to “deliberate on the audited account of the bank, and consider proposals which includes amongst others, the proposal for recommendation of dividend for shareholders approval at the next Annual General Meeting (AGM).”

This, it explained, is in “line with listing regulations of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).

Zenith Bank noted that it is required to “forward the Audited Accounts to the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) for approval, prior to the release of the results on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.”

It concluded that it shall give notice on “the decisions reached after the meeting and once the approval of the CBN is obtained.”
