I am very happy that the construction of this multi-dimensional project has been rejected. At least this stupid church will not exist. grin

“There were significant concerns about the ability of the applicants to get the large numbers of people involved to and from the site, both for KICC events and other events, whilst not being too dependent on private vehicles. This was seen as affecting the ability of the local transport infrastructure to cope with a sudden increase in traffic movements. With limited public transport, overspill parking and an increase in carbon emissions from large numbers of visitors travelling into the area, the development would negatively impact on local residents. The committee also concluded that the lack of public transport means that the site is not appropriate for a community facility.”

If it was in Nigeria, the above reasons will be minor. Britain do your thang!

Thank goodness! A temple for the worship of the pastor's ego has been put a stop to. Why doesn't he give the money that was earmarked to the temple to the poor. That's the sort of thing Jesus would have approved of.

Can't wait for his lavish birthday bash again smiley
