Frank Rajah is shooting his new movie titled “The Refugees” and locations happen to be in Ghana and Atlanta.The Ghanaian shooting has been wrapped up and Atlanta will be the next location in 2013. Majid Michel and fast rising sensation Belinda Effah are taking on the lead roles.
