2013 budget of N4.987 trillion as against the N4.924 trillion
N4,987,000,000,000 / 160,000,000 = N31,168.75 PER CAPITA , OR $194.80 PER CAPITA
Compared to the US
Submitted February 13, 2012
Submitted by Barack Obama
Submitted to 112th Congress
Total revenue $2.902 trillion (requested)
Total expenditures $3.803 trillion (requested)
Deficit $901 billion
$3,803,000,000,000/314,970,000 = $12,074 or N1,931,866 PER CAPITA
Yet we want to develop. we are allocating what they use as tip for development.
GOODLUCK TO NIGERIA........

this is the worst day in Nigeria. nigeria have no house of rep in nigeria history..
how can anyone pass such a budget... That is the worst budget in Nigeria.. Look 88 billion to militia while state are not going to get 50 billion.. that why you quickly promote the army.. does that not look like bribe to army , will the children of the army and family member not go to school that you cut their funds to give NDDC. will members of the army not use the hospital that you cut their money and give NDDC.. let us talk the truth to ourself..
i am from an oil producing state, my state produce more oil than Goodluck own state of bayelsa state.. I believe in doing the right thing.
It is sad.. that nigeria have gone to the waters.. And even the church and and other religious leader because of egunje have fail to speak out against what is wrong. it is so sad.. look 13% of revenue of nigeria is base on this budget is 1274 billion naira that this oil state will get.. 240 billion for the NDDC.. people NDDC,militia, niger delta,Psure.. that is 600 billion while most state will get less than 50 billion.. this is not fair..
If someone get 1274 billion naira and now nearly 400 billion and other state are going to get will get less than 50 billion. if I employ Goodluck , i will fire him the day he bring this budget to me.. this is unfair to majority of nigerian.. this oil is not own by Goodluck ijaw people.. they have been making false claim .. this is what the satellite pictures shows.. look if the ijaw people where cut off of nigeria.. they will go and borrow to have a budget.. they will be still be poor..
I do not believe Ngozi iweala mother was kidnap.. it was a plot by Goodluck and iweala to pass this budget. it is such a shame that nigeria have gone to the waters.
Even the word of God say exam yourself and see either you are still in the faith.. And religious leaders need to honestly exam their heart and see if they are still in faith.. i doubt..
the word of God says people who do this things will be in hell..

tunapawizzy: i hate to read anything about these useless peoplethey are more than useless, only what they think is money and dont know even how to spend it, may be president of urugauy will teach them how to behave when it come to money spending.

When will the bill to stop Boko haram and kidnapping and other vices be passed.Leaders indeed!!!!!!!!!!!
|Re: Reps Pass 2013 Budget by udokpuenyi(m): 8:42am On Dec 21, 2012|
I hope they made provision for ransome for kidnappers in that budget
because Ireland unfree is Britain unpeaceful. The successive government
of this country have subjected the citizens to torturous conditions worse than Nazi
prisoners, the monsters the created over the years have now grown and come
back haunting them day and night.
Time is running out for Nigeria, it running out fast.
Expect no positive impact from this budget apart from the looting spree and while their looting
go on, money should be set aside for the aforementioned, because a child who says that his mother
will not sleep should be ready to stay awake too.
|Re: Reps Pass 2013 Budget by musiwa10: 10:33am On Dec 21, 2012|
ask yourself this question what is the implication of given 4 state nearly 400 billion.. because you cant say you are given edo, imo, abia or ondo state oil money.. less than 1 billion a month.. that close to zero.. it leave nearly 90% of that money in the hand of 4 state.. which Goodluck Jonathan is telling lies about their oil production.. where Goodluck claim 300,000 bdp
You can see this link, that Goodluck was telling lies.. about bayelsa and river state soku field. it produce just 10,000 bpd..
So given 400 billion and 1274 billion to nearly 4 state.. which does not include state allocation .. that is N1674 billion to nearly 4 state.. You cant shows us what they use the previous money to do.. they stole this money.. what do you think will happen to this money again.?
Of this 4.9 trillion.. just about 1 trillion are going to capital expenditure.
So out of the capital expenditure of 1 trillion.. You are given 4 state... 400 billion... leaving other state and including this 4 state with 600 billion.. If we assume that since Goodluck is from that area.. that this 4 will still enjoy 100 billion of that money of 600b..
It mean 500 billlion of this money will go to nearly 4 state state.. while the rest 32 state of Nigeria will get 500 billion.. as capital project from this 4.9. does that make sense to you.
What do you think will happen to the banking sector , when you give 4 state 50% of the capital expenditure.. It means.. the banks are going to have problem next year..
it means production will be down next year.. nearly all sector of the nigeria economy will go down..
What will happen to telecommunication companies. they will have problem.. what will happen to oil companies.. they too will have problem next year.. is that what any president should be doing.. Did this people go to school.
What it means for you you uneducated people.. it means Goodluck will crash the economy next years.. there will be crisis in Nigeria next year.
When you have a national assembly that more than half of them did not have 5 credit in GCE according to someone.. at first sitting, what does that tell you..
What it mean is that Nigerian went through fuel subsidy to hand over the money to Goodluck people.. Is this fair.. ? that not fair to the nation of nigeria.
make una no laugh. i am just having funny.. bye.
