theres a quota system which MUST be put into play by ANY national team coach while presenting his list to Nff, otherwise, they wont approve the list. Rabiu ibrahim, shittu 'the elephant' represents a part of the country that must be included. Do u stil wonder why minister of sports always goes to a particular zone of the country?
