As the name implies, safety first na.

I had my IT in a production company who always put safety in front of any other thing. Even above profit but they needed to paint at some point and so called in a separate company to do the painting whose rules on safety was different. Naturally, with the plant, if you are worling on a ladder, one person should hold it at the base while someone is one it but in a bid to reduce workers, the painters just got on their ladders and went painting.

To cut the story short, one painter fell into the fans of the power generating plant and got shedded to bits.
