Hello Nairalanders, I need an advice on which place is better to work with (@ entry level as Civil Engineer) between FMW and NWRI.

This is very simple.
*Compare the basic salary of both (also d fringe benefits)
*Compare the condition of service of both.(knowing fully well that both are fed agency with inter-state transfer, though more trnxfer most likey from FMW)
*What is ur career plan in line with d two industry?(Nigeria has no policy for water resources devo. constructn industry is still vaialbe in Nigeria though d FG don concession all *our roads*)
*I need to add this, the level of both offer hazard-related incidence. Very Very important as an Engr.
*Relate both offer to ur personal finance-life-plan template, then choose accordingly.
