No IDE.... If you are a beginner, then you need to fully understand the language structure and semantics before you start using IDE. Try 200Hrs without an IDE, then start using one..... |

As you say that you are new in field of programming then you should start from basic knowledge like C which is the fundamental language that mostly helps to learn programming from basic and you can also learn HTML which is the easy for you to learn from online tutorials. |
