But what could rhyme with ASUU?
Oh! I remember an igbo word, Aru
Meaning Abomination
Now, what could rhyme with strike?
I guess, i will go with 'like'
though their action i dislike
Cos it brings much sorrow to my heart.
But my government is not trying
And it gets our students crying
Cos their excuses, we aint buying
We think our educational system is dying
And our future have been shattered
I wish this gets to the president
Or the likes of his opponent
With all this rich component
Which I desire no compliment
Just to tell them about our disappointment
Pls don't expect our votes for another appointment
Cos we aint fools
But, Pls, call off the damn strike
Cos we need development.
