Is the judiciary the most corrupt in Nigeria?
We have heard of cases brought by EFCC to the court only for the judge to dismiss the case or acquit the accused.
For example James Ibori was acquitted by a judge in Nigeria yet he was found guilty in UK even his lawyer was also found guilty.
I am not trying to generalize, judiciary is the focus point for fighting corruption if those in the judiciary can't deal with these corrupt politicians then fighting corruption will have no positive outcome.
