yeah john lennon was "that guy!"
i watched a documentary about his life a few months back.
he was a true legend and i see why he is still loved.

he was the only artist of his genre that was willing to sacrifice his status to make sure human rights were not violated esp. by the US gov't which tried a few times to silence him by deporting him. luckily he was granted his right to stay and continued his humanitarian work until he was killed. Much respect to John Lennon.

btw i feel you about your dad. i miss mine too.
