Hello friends,

I recently bought an hp windows 8....mehn the thing is complicated.

1.no product key.Online I found out that windows 8 need no product key.something about already Pre installed programs.

So how do I ensure I can still use the product when trial version expires?

2.what do they mean by BIOS?

3.hp service center at adeniyi Jones couldn't help....they say they only deal with hardware not software...

What do I do pips...need help
