PrettyCindy:
Ingredients:

Soya beans seeds
Unripe plantain
Crayfish
Peanut

PROCEDURE:

1) Using a completely dried pot or frying pan, stir fry the soya beans till they start turning slightly brown (make sure you pick away dirts, stones and bad bean seeds from the bulk before frying). Spread on a tray to cool.

2) Fry your peanuts or buy ready made one from the market.
3) Cut the peeled unripe plaintain into very thin flakes and bake with your oven till crispy but not burnt. Or buy already fried unripe plantain (kpekere).

4) Tie each ingredient seperatly.

5) If you have a heavy duty blender or miller, loosen the grinder and pass the soya beans through once to seperate the skin from the beans. Then carefully blow away the skin.

6) Then grind every thing together including the crayfish. Grind till smooth.

7) Spread out on a tray to cool before storing in containers.

Add to already prepared pap or anyother cereal when feeding your baby.

Or better still use a natural NAFDAC-certified product with no additives or preservatives.

Afrilfe®️ Lite Flour is the perfect substitute and it's affordable too.

Also, you can become a distributor of this wonderful product in your locality. Just follow the link below.

Sale of Fermented Soya Beans Powder

UNFERMENTED SOY IS UNHEALTHY. It contains:
1) High levels of toxins or antinutrients. Fermentation deactivates these compounds.
2) Hemagglutinin that promotes unwanted blood clotting. Hemagglutinin is deactivated during the fermentation.
3) Phytates. Phytates are substances that prevent the absorption of certain minerals.
4) Goitrogens that can impact your thyroid function.
5) Phytoestrogens that can mimic and even block estrogen.

FERMENTED SOY IS HEALTHY AND HAS MEDICINAL PROPERTIES:
-Lower in “anti-nutrient” substances that act as toxins in your body.
-Easier to digest and less likely to cause gastric distress.
-Lower in phytates that prevent the absorption of minerals.
-High in vitamin K2, an important nutrient for supporting bone and cardiovascular health.
