I don't understand Prophesy 15. Opposition will not win but PDP will not win too

When was this prophecy given?Was it 31st december 2012 or last week sunday 27/01/2013?If its the former,then this man and his prophecies should be taken really serious,but if its the latter,then i can do better.Nevertheless,i and my family and well wishers are for signs and wonders and we are exempted from evil and badnews.This is my year of excess favour and success.
