Serious sellers required to supply 150,000 MT of AGO on TTT to 3 buyers. If you have sellers please contact admin@living-smart.biz or 0809-505-3281. Buyers ready to deal on the TTT procedure below.

PROCEDURE TTT:
1. Buyer and Seller sign contract & both parties submit docs to their designated banks.
2. Buyer submits valid vessel details (CPA receipt, Q88 and ATL), supercargo/inspector details, tug boat details.
3. Seller’s Captain opens communication with Buyer’s captain for NOR and transshipment operations.
4. Buyer places full instrument covering the entire cargo and agents’ commission
5. When transshipment is completed and the DC and MR have been signed by buyer’s vessel captain and seller’s vessel captain, the Buyer will immediately release N20 Million Naira logistics fee as part payment of the total cost of cargo
6. Upon receipt of original DC and MR from seller, the buyer will pay the seller the balance for the cargo and release payment to all all nominated accounts of Agents and Facilitators as stated in the SPA within 48hours of the Q&Q or trans-shipment
7. Seller and agents confirm payments
8.Buyer’s vessel sails to buyer’s port of discharge.
