FEMALE ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE NEEDED URGENTLY IN AN OIL AND GAS/NGO FIRM

Our client needs an experienced female administrative personnel to run its oil and gas/NGO subsidiaries.

The ideal candidate must be intuitive, creative and must be a good writer who will be in charge of the company’s website content management. IT IS A MUST THAT APPLICANTS MUST HAVE WORKED AT LEAST 3-5 YEARS IN THE OIL AND GAS OR NGO SECTORS. Other expected functions will include:

· Formulate current and long-range programs, plans, and policies for departmental programs.

· Supervise the revision of rules, regulations, and procedures to meet changes in law and policy.

· Execute plans, policies, and programs in business and financial affairs, property and equipment, supplies, etc.

· Evaluate and verify employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques.

· Coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.

· Maintain records, prepare reports, and compose correspondence relative to the work.

· Identify staff development and training needs and ensure that training is obtained.

· Manage content management on the company website

· Represents management before employee groups, legislative committees, administrative bodies, and officials of other levels of government, training institutions, and professional organizations.

· Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

· Provide communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; approving invoices.

Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances.
Maintains continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; benchmarking professional standards; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks, etc

Salary is between N3.6 to N4.8million per annum depending on experience.
