it depends is it a registered parcel? If it's not you won't be able to track it.... But if it is contact the seller about it and tell him.... But actually 6-10 dats four days it takes at least 10days for an update on ur parcel online..

It is a Swiss post free shipping. But the seller gave me a tracking number. If I can't track it whats the need of him giving me a tracking number ?

OK I understand... You can go to ur nearest post office with your tracking number and tell them to help u track it and if it's in Benin they can resend it to owerri
