As part of the human capital development agenda of Governor Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan, the initiative to establish a local shoe factory in Asaba was another way to reach out to youths and investors in the state.According to his Excellency,the shoe factory will attract foreign investors and neighboring states. He told news men that the delta beyond oil programm which is in line with the human capital development agenda is one of the legacies he will leave behind for Deltans. Hence he said the factory will help to boast the state economy,and also develop the potentials of the youths and as well reduce the rate of unemployment if the state. Indeed Governor Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan(CON) meant well for Deltans. God bless him. |
