If you seriously think students were offered a choice of rehab or expulsion and they chose expulsion, I think you may have just swindled you parents of the money they spent on your education.

You're being told clearly by the school authorities that the students were not even told what drug they tested positive for, yet you believe someone offered them 'rehab'. How the heck do you offer someone rehab when there is no disclosure of the drug taken?

The word "drugs" is too loosely stated. What kind of drug is it? Marijuana, canabis(which frankly don't qualify as drugs) or cocain, crystal meth. In which case the school is also in trouble as how such banned substance made their way into their campus must be answered. The whole thing is just shambolic!

Just look at the case you presented in your comment closely. The very reason why you failed to understand they are different countries with different laws proves you are speaking out of your own volition rather being sentimental about the whole thing.
