chineduace: Second week now and i've not seen any MB... Call customer care, it's not going through.... Sent an email, no reply...
And i've been on GBam since inception...
When i check *135*8#, they say i'm on glo contract, when i dial *100*5*1#, they say i'm already on the package....
It's just the calls i'm enjoying but MB, i no see anything o.

It's the same thing here oooooo. I have been on this plan since inception. No rental was deducted today but my calls especially F&F were normal. Meanwhile, I have never received any form of free MB on this line.

When I dialed *100*5*1# I got this response: The profile you have selected is same as your current profile
When I dialed *127*0# I got this response: Dear customer, you do not have a subscription. Send ACTIVATE to 127 to get a list of package options
So, how una dey do una own wen dem dey give una these plenty awuff.
