You are made to pay 5percent on cash above 500k while the transfer itself attracts a transfer fee. So I ask if its cashless why charge a transfer fee?

I ask again how do you expect someone that have paid for goods to wait till whenever a transfer is concluded for days before he can take home his goods.

Most likely the bank transferring or receiving had issues. I have transferred money from my account without any additional charge except the normal cot and I think 100 naira. It was also delivered into the recipient account same day. This was even when the account numbers were not nuban. And I expect it to be better now that they are nuban.

How do u expect it to work whn from the bottom of ur heart u dont want it a success.?
