This thread will be used to memorialize and finish the incident of the lady website called urspry who has been so celebrated as somebody we have treated unfairly . When it started, I choose not to fight this cause of the same leverage she has capitalized on to break every business code of practice and malign me on the internet, and as usual ever so supported and promoted by the ever creepy lecherous skin disease called siena.
Siena is as unstable and have different faces and will support and give allegiance to whichever party that suits his ambition according to the needs of whatever time he's into. He's a noisemaker and quite a brilliant petty mischief maker, amusing even. But as entertaining as he can be, my take on him is. "Were dun wo ni oja, amo ko wunni ki a bi ni omo". Every occurrence that reminds me of the MAJOR passover that GOD helped me to pass and move away as regards this guy, I feel like going to church to give thanks all over again.
Isn't God that says, "Listen my child, I know how you feel and what you need, but this is not "it". You are thinking and consumed by the "now" needs only, but see, am taking you to the very peak much farther away on the mountains. When you get there you will see that this character cannot climb with you but will bring you down. I am GOD and I see the beginning from the end. Trust me, I've got this."
One thing am glad in all of this is, majority of these things I've been accused of are all business related. When you are in the world of business, there is always going to be fire that you always have to put out.
It's a hot spot, and the blood churning conspiracy of corporate world is very complex, real and not a game for the quitter. I am far from being a master corporate player, but I watch and have been humble enough to pay attention to how some master player in the more massive business empire has been managing their opponents. I know how to chose my battle, and when to play or walk away. When to speak, and to keep quiet.

I want the website LADY to get paid so she can take a walk. I believe this is the right thing to do. And there is no need to argue about the work she did which never earned the business a penny but headache because of her incompetence to handle the task expected of her. Every penny paid her in the past, every time and energy spent with her to communicate the needs of a business has been a waste, and the eventual pay off will be a waste too. But we are prepared to pay the cost just so that the unwanted tenant can vacate the building. We hope never to see them in our front gate again. And if they show up again, then we know what we must do.
I was able to scoop up the text below to show the frustration of having to pay another website programmer to clean up or assist Tessy in the work, I did not understand then that you need to let a programmer show you her level of competence and work done in the past before you give an assignment. Tessy couldn't handle it. The same siena sent me a text of their discussion fighting her about her lack of competence. But today, that same siena has shifted position and fabricated and twisted what happened so much that it amazes why he never consider being a children's computer game software genius!

So LADY Tessy, here goes proof of your skills, but we will be waiting for your bill to pay you off anyway. By the way, your so called work is cooling off in our trash department, it's worth nothing so we have to unplug the cord that has kept it alive. What a waste of all the materials! In other planets, you ought to have been sued, but we'll let it pass, this time.

I am assuming you'd feel horrified to actually have that type of information shared with any party at all, other than me, let alone nairaland, an online forum correct?

Now, isn't it double standard that you felt that you are justified to share the information of that client on nairaland in the same way you'd wish not to be subjected to? Or perhabs, your actions will be justified since you are after all, disable correct?

Is there any recollection of some instances where I bought website templates and decided not to use after all, and you told me to give you that you can use it for work for others, that you'd count that towards credits for work done on sites. Any recollection of that at all, if any?


Also, as a customer, since you used me as a reference as independent contractor once during your job hunting, apart from financial aspect, did you think that time spent talking to a contractor(you),whose only way of communication is via yahoo messenger, really may be particularly tasking and quite daunting for a customer(me) especially as you have limited knowledge of some assignment required of the job?

That being the case, apart from your own satisfaction of getting paid and taking care of your end, you do not think to seem it matters to please the customer in a moral way? Mostly I communicate with hearing customer thru video relay service provider that is toll-free third party operator, in turn, translate from sign language to voice to hearing caller to convey message what I say...THIS IS NEW TECHNOLOGY for deaf callers on the phone thru video relay service.

NO LONGER USE YAHOO MESSENGER/MSN MESSENGER or any text chat ANYMORE. We deaf people can use smartphone/tablet/computer/laptop to download video relay service APP in order to make video call talking to hearing caller. Deaf caller on the smartphone/tablet/computer/laptop with front-camera(webcam) can see the third-party interpreter on video, in turn, translate conveying message what deaf caller say in sign language or vice versa voice what hearing caller say FACE TO FACE video on the phone.

We deaf people can download Skype, Tango, ooVoo, Qik, FaceTime, Fring, apps on their smartphone/tablet making video calls to communicate with both hearing and deaf people...COOL!!!

So all video relay service providers in the USA ARE FORBIDBED(not allowed) using international calls, ONLY USA CALLS. That is equally functionally that both deaf and hearing people can make phone call no problem!!!! BIG THANK TO TECHNOLOGY that improves the quality of our life much better.
