[b]Education is the wheel of development in any country. The standard of education determines the level of available technology and the quality of human resources that man the technology.
Teachers are the most important stakeholders. The quality of education in Nigeria in Nigeria rests on the quality of teachers that are the medium of learning. Learning is not static but dynamic. Dynamism in Teaching can be promoted through regular trainings and workshops.
The gathering of the professionals in educational system in Lagos is no other way of bringing together their wealth of ideas and experiences and sharing of views with the aim of upgrading their knowledge. Teachers from different parts of Lagos would be brought together for this workshop to upgrade their teaching skills and experiences. This project is the first of its kind that is being put together by experienced and seasoned professionals.
The motive behind this conference is to reposition educational system and standard crying for attention, this would guarantee the future of our tomorrow’s leaders. The project is kicking from Lagos to be extended to other states soon.
This three day workshop for teachers is put together by Royalkonsults Educational Services. A professional Educational Training Outfit.

Ø Identify, discuss, and proffer solution to menace of examination malpractices in relation to the recent trends.
Ø Discuss and prepare teachers for Lagos Educational System in Lagos as a mega city vision.
Ø Analyze the current expectations from educational sectors in Lagos.
Ø Discuss the roles of information and communication technology (ICT) in the present educational system.
Ø Identify challenges/hindrances to effective teaching and learning and how to achieve results/
Ø Expose the teachers to relevant and modern teaching techniques that promote effective learning.[img][/img]
