musiwa16: in 1959 chief awolowo created Western Nigerian Television (WNTV) ibadan .. why the word Western Nigerian ? because it was separate from the east and had it own representative to uk.Ask yourself, why there is Lagos State Polytechnic, River state University of Science & Technology or Kogi State University? It because we are/were practising federalism (even though on paper) |
