You don enter one chance niyen o.Your post utme result will be required for the screening.

Nah,you will use the Waec GCE you used to register for utme for screening also.Don't change it if you don't want to have complicated issue.
I think the original Waec GCE from Waec office is acceptable.

Deeply sorry for your loss bro.Firstly,you can go to cafe where you printed your acceptance form and admission letter.Some computers do store passwords and you may be luck to reprint those form.
If that doesn't work out,then you will have to get a police report or court report and head towards Futa to lodge a complain.That should work I think.All is well bro and keep searching,you may still find it.

Waec printout is only acceptable if the printout is being stamped and signed by your school principal or vice principal and this can be used if your statement of result isn't available.
But if you wanna use Waec GCE,then you will need the original one from Waec office.

I am fresher like you bro,but when someone close to me was admitted few years ago,he went for his original Waec GCE result.

since u've already confirmed ur payment...jxt go 2 futa website n click on 'admisn notificatn', enta ur jamb reg num...d admisn leta n acceptance form wil come up witout etranzact slip...(use P.C 2 do dat) BEST OF LUCK

Noo,you will only need your photocard.If you have lost your photocard,then you will need an affidavit not from a court only self,even from LG.
