One hardly hears of sexual molestation of young females by catholic priests. Not that it does not happen, but we can see that, perhaps, it does not happen with the same frequency as those involving young boys.
What we can infer from this is that the priests are not only sexua.lly active(thou shall not commit fornication), but that they also have a preference for young boys.
I have been pondering this for quite a while and have been tying to connect the lines and dots in an attempt to make some sense of it.

Several questions come to my mind:

1. Does the practice of celibacy turn, erstwhile, noble hearted priests into neurotic homosexual pedophiles?
2. Are homosexual men naturally attracted to the priesthood?
3. Is the priesthood some kind of homosexual secret society?
4. Why are priests quickly defrocked when they are found to have had sexual liasons with females, and simply transfered and given a slap on the wrist when they are found to have had sexual liasons with boys?
5.Are sexual liasons with young boys some kind of rite of passage or an initiatory rite for one the many secret orders within the catholic priesthood?

Now, lets look at the catholic church's attitudes towards female sexuality.

1. Right from the beginning, the catholic church has forbidden the ordination of females as priests.

2. The catholic church forbids its priests from being married.

3. The catholic editors and redactors of biblical scriptures went out their ways to not only diminish the works and contributions of the female disciples of
Jesus, but went further to slander the persona of Mary magdalene as an unclean w.hore , when all indications are that she was Jesus' consort and wife.

4. I find it remarkable that when the bible mentions " the disciple whom Jesus loved", catholics then and now(even in this forum), scoff at the idea that a female was the one whom Jesus loved. They prefer, instead, to claim it must have been a male, simon, peter,etc.
Why was the idea of Jesus havinga special love for a female so repugnant to the early catholic church fathers, as well as those of today?

It seems quite obvious that the catholic church views female sexuality as degenerate and corrupting, and therefore an impediment to some kind of spiritual nirvana that they wish to attain.
Why else would the church tacitly encourage homosexual fornication in its ranks, from the lowest tot he highest ranks, while at the same time continue to uphold the very doctrine of priestly celibacy?

Jesus was never described to be a celibate, and we can conclude that there was a subtle relationship btw Jesus and Mary
