In reaction to Friday’s ruling of an Abuja High Court that President Goodluck Jonathan cancontest in 2015, the Northern socio-cultural group, Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF), has said it is not over yet. ACF said the ruling of the High Court was not an automatic ticket for the President to contest yet, until the apex court in the country says so.
The forum in its reaction throughits spokesman, Mr. Anthony N.Z. Sani, in Kaduna yesterday said the litigants would not rest until they ensure the court processes are exhausted. According to Sani, “you should know that the ruling is not the end of the court process.
Don’t you know the litigant will make sure they exhaust the court processes as laid down by the law? “You would recall it wasthe Supreme Court, which ruled that the periods served by the six governors before their re-runs must count. Left to the High Court and Appeal Court, such periods should not count, and those governors who had re-runs should serve more than the maximum eight years. “So, let us wait until the court processes are exhausted before you ask for ACF reactions on the court judgment that President Jonathan is eligible to contest in 2015,” ACF spokesman stated.

These clowns (Northern leaders) must be high on cow dung to say this, if they are not contented with the ruling of the appellate court, they are free to go to Supreme court and still meet their waterloo there! I thought they used to call them 'majority' way back then undecided now its pay-back time cool

Funny!
A nigerian high court proclaimed their judgement, an ordinary forum(ACF) said they aren't satisfied.
Sitting down sipping my alomo watching who is gonna carry the league. Abuja is the venue, 2015 is the end of the season.
I pray i won't run away that time when it turns to the battle of niger delta militant vs boko haram.
